Dorothy and Daniel planned this epic day that could be summed up as a true STORYBOOK WEDDING! It began with a short trek through what looked like an enchanted forest. The trail opened up to a clearing that overlooked the beautiful Mendocino coast. It was here among the wind swept trees that a close knit band of family and friends bore witness to Dorothy and Daniel’s sacred union. The celebration continued as everyone gathered in an old schoolhouse and partied as one big family. Here are a couple of images that we captured to relive some of those memories:

Here are some sweet shots from our latest Mommy & me session. Caleb has grown so much since the last time we saw him. As you can see here, he’s developed a cute boy personality! He is always surprising us, and we can’t wait to see him again!

After our session, Caleb took us out for some delicious ramen at Sushi Yaro!

Wedding ~ Deanna & Sean ~ Levyland Estate, Carlsbad, CA

After a whole week of rain-threatening clouds, Deanna and Sean’s wedding day arrived with nothing but clear blue skies. This was just the beginning of what would be an incredibly beautiful day at the Levyland Estate in Carlsbad, California. The bride and groom enjoyed the ocean view and soaked up all the sunlight flooding into the contemporary home by the beach as they prepared for their big day. And when the moment arrived as Deanna walked down the aisle, Sean could not fight back his tears of excitement and happiness. I love it when the groom cries! Their romantic wedding ceremony overlooking the beach was followed by a night of non-stop dancing. After tons of heels were kicked to the wayside, after one big conga line circled the house, the evening was topped off by the most kickass Elvis Presley we’ve ever seen. What a fabulous wedding!

Kathy & Brian’s wedding at The Prado in Balboa Park was the perfect blend of grace, class and beauty. At least that’s what one can see at first glance. Underneath all that style and grace was a day filled with warm hearts, goofy smiles, happy tears, a fluffy Australian Shepherd, energetic kids, and non-stop dancing. Nestled into the countryside of New Jersey, yes there is a countryside in New Jersey, we traveled all around the quaint town of New Brunswick that day.
