Alpin Hong Performs At The Walt Disney Concert Hall

This is not your typical day gallivanting around the Walt Disney Concert Hall. This was an extremely rare chance to see the amazing Frank Gehry building up close and personal. Thanks to Alpin Hong, piano ninja extraordinaire, we were invited into the belly of the great beast!

We followed Alpin around all day as he rehearsed for his very first performance at the Walt Disney Concert Hall. Stepping out onto that stage for the very first time, he had to pause for a few moments just to take it all in. That night he gave an astounding and passionate performance, ending with a standing ovation!

Engagement ~ Lauren & Charles ~ Los Angeles, CA

Meet Lauren and Charles, our own little storybook romance. Indeed we do, love these two! Lauren, who runs her very own budget wedding blog, suggested we return to the place where it all started. We followed them around the UCLA campus, where they first caught each other’s eye and fell in love. Here are some of our favorite images from their engagement session. Fundraiser for Jocylynn Breeland – December 17, 2011

There will be a silent auction taking place today at Bird Rock Coffee Roasters in La Jolla, CA. All funds raised go towards helping with medical bills for Jocylynn Breeland, a dear friend who was in a tragic accident with a freight train a few weeks ago.  Jocylynn is a coffee guru and has helped make Bird Rock Coffee the #1 coffee roaster in the nation. She is an amazing person, so full of  energy, passion, and a love for life.

These are some of the images we have printed, matted, and framed for the auction. We are also auctioning off ourselves! You can bid on a photo session with Felici Photography. There are a ton of cool items, gift certificates, and all kinds of art for sale at the auction as well.

Wedding ~ Kate & Roger ~ Paion Estate, Big Sur, California

Kate and Roger could not have picked a more beautiful place for their destination wedding. Paion Estate in Big Sur is an incredible place where time seems to stand still. From every direction one looks there is a breathtaking view, from rolling hills and mountains, to spectacular coastlines and endless ocean. This location fit Kate & Roger perfectly.

Kate & Roger = Good People! We loved spending the day with them! It was so fun to watch Kate make a million funny faces and see Roger get funky on the melodica. Their wedding was so much fun that we lingered until the wee hours of the morning listening to them play music by the bonfire, while staring up at the amazing Milky Way.

Diane Allen of Big Sur Weddings, the wedding coordinator for Paion, was a true professional and a joy to work with. She and her team kept the day moving seamlessly and not one detail was overlooked.
